Our multi-lingual campaigns are held by extending the targeting context with some cultural property. This gives us an opportunity to create expressions and target groups that are based on the culture property, e.g. English, to allow targeting advertising in English. The language target group must use "Require" action that makes certain targeting deterministic.
A campaign, it doesn't mater which (advertising, direct mail, discounts), item must be formed for each language that is supported on site. Each campaign item must include language target group for which campaign item is intended. If the campaign item is intended for an English language site, then the English target group must be assigned to the campaign item.
If there are images that contain text and are used in the campaign item, each of campaign item must provide images, adopted into each language. All the campaigns items must also provide localized alternative text to support accessibility.
